The Catalyst Team

The Catalyst Team functions with a “flat structure” in that each component is acknowledged as significant and has an integral voice in facilitating the vision and mission of the Catalyst Network of Communities. The Catalysts Peer Group consists of the community catalysts from each of the collaborative communities. They represent their teams of emerging leaders. The Catalysts Peer Group serves to shape community direction for the organization. The staff and the volunteers serve to support operations for the organization. The Board of Directors serve to provide definition for the organization.
