Their seasonal menus are customized for each event, with focus on respect for ingredients. Primal Alchemy maintains responsible sustainable practices and incredible behind the scene logistics allowing them to produce events from 2 to 2000. A truly unique farm to table celebration of food done right. In addition you can come to their kitchen and cook in one of their many classes offered seasonally. Chef Paul, along with his wife and co-owner Dana, are committed to improving the quality of food for the youth of Long Beach and are involved in leading the charge with several organizations in their community.
