As a Theater Arts undergrad at UCLA, I have filed all the documents required by the Secretary of State to establish a not for profit Performing Arts production company. 

I have 3 months to submit the Bylaws to IRS with a list of three board of directors and officers of the President, Treasurer and Secretary positions. 

I will pay the filing fees, and if anyone would like volunteer their services for a 6 month probationary period, as candidate for a Board member and/or officer; you will have a unique opportunity to be an agent for the company from the ground floor.
