These are projects or initiatives involving 2 or more collaborative partners, or programs launched by Catalyst. This is your Social Impact Market where you can browse and explore projects that you would like to get involved with. It's up to you how you would like to "connect and affect!"
1) Volunteer to join a project team.
2) Make a donation to financially support a project.
3) Become a social media fundraiser by easily creating your own fundraising page specifically for the projects you support. Help raise funds by posting it to all of your social media outlets.

Long Beach Free StoreThe Long Beach Free Store serves as a physical space for people to share what you have and find what you need. People bring items to donate. People can shop the Free Store for free. It's that simple! The Free Store helps give people an opportunity to reuse items in good condition that previous owners had no further use for and it prevents these items from being trashed and ending up in a landfill. As people keep donating and shopping, the inventory constantly changes. People are finding all sorts of fun treasures! |

Dancing With Long BeachDancing with Long Beach is a collaborative project that creates spaces for the dance community in Long Beach to TEACH, EXHIBIT, and EXCHANGE with each other and for the broader community. We bring dance to the people! Partners include DatuganDanceTheatre, Trade&Row, Domino Affect Dance Theatre, and the Catalyst Network of Communities. So far we have taken over a dozen dance companies to numerous sites throughout Long Beach to dance for people. |
