Circle of Change is a high impact, high quality, professional leadership conference that was created to inspire, educate, empower, equip, and prepare student leaders and young professionals for executive level leadership positions in the 21st Century. At the conference, emerging leaders not only obtain practical and applicable leadership skills that will enable them to serve effectively as future executives, but also prepares them to make a positive impact in their community, nation, world.
Circle of Change was created by Joshua Fredenburg, a nationally recognized leadership speaker; because he believed that it was essential for emerging leaders striving to be great leaders of the 21st Century to gain a specialized level of leadership training. In addition, Joshua also felt that it was extremely critical that these future leaders have a central location to meet other like-minded individuals striving toward similar goals. Essentially, the Circle of Change Leadership Conference was birthed in 2010 as a way to prepare student leaders for executive level positions after college while at the same time bridging the gap between seasoned and emerging leaders.
